Mark recently teamed up with other rock legends; Rick Derringer, Mitch Ryder and some original members of Jefferson Starship, David Freiberg, (Guitar/Vocals) and Donny Baldwin, (Drums) to perform at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater Florida for the “Legends of Rock” concert on September 17th, 2016.
Mark is the founding member of the legendary 60’s-70’s rock and roll band Grand Funk Railroad. Mark is still active in music playing venues across the county singing his popular hits of the day. Mark is also active doing charity work for wounded veterans and writing and performing Christian music. When Mark is not on the road he spends his leisure time at home in Michigan on his farm with his family.
