The Royal Palm Room at the Diplomat Golf & Tennis Club will be the setting for our cocktail reception on Saturday evening. Guests will enjoy premium brand open bars serving vibrant cocktails with fine wines & unique spirits. In addition, brand ambassadors will be offering samples of boutique spirits, including rare bourbons, scotches & more. For the wine enthusiast, there will be a wide variety of fine wines offered for tasting. Culinary pursuits will include a selection of sumptuous-themed food displays. Culinary offerings include a flat bread station featuring grilled shrimp with pesto, margherita, blue cheese, pear and smoked Applewood bacon. A carving station with slow roasted turkey breast with orange cranberry mayo, tenderloin of beef with roasted garlic jus and horseradish cream, roasted fingerling potatoes and toasted slider buns. A Tuscan station with lobster ravioli, cheese tortellini eggplant parmesan and more. French doors open to a magnificent coquina stone terrace with shimmering fountains overlooking a display of exotic cars, motorcycles and luxury brands.
